For Marina Bay RV Resort: Pros: Very clean. We did not use the facilities but everything looked nice. Cons: Seemed like a parking lot. Spots are EXTREMELY close together. There isn’t any space to do anything outside your RV

For Marina Bay RV Resort: This is a clean and decent park. Sites are a bit tight but not awful. Didn’t use facilities but everything looks clean. Nice gas fire pits by the tidal pond. It is noisy but you are in an urban setting. Easy location for Kemah boardwalk and Houston Space Center. Lots! Of of long term residents including families.

For Marina Bay RV Resort: Nice park, a bit more expensive than new one next door (Brickhouse RV) but more amenities. 2 fire pits, 3 pools and good laundry facilities. Our only “gripe” is that dog owners, of which we are too, did not always pick up after their dogs....management was made aware of it but we saw very little oversight of facilities. Close to Kemah Boardwalk, Space Center and lots of good restaurants

For Marina Bay RV Resort: Pros
Close to Houston Space Center which is why we picked this park. Good wifi data rates (7 Mbit down).

Cons
Expensive and they will gouge you when possible. Very harsh refund/cancellation/change policy.

For Marina Bay RV Resort: stayed here one week in January 2017 .Definitely urban a lot of concrete and you can hear the highway. Good Wifi. Clean bathroom and showers all private. Staff friendly. Small workout room. Area has lots of restaurants and entertainment.

For Marina Bay RV Resort: There are three parks with same owner in area Newest is Willow Lakes in League City.
Not in Allstays yet.

All are well run and clean...but the spaces are extremely small. Tight turns, no room for awnings. Lots of pipeliners w/5ers but plenty of restrooms.

For Marina Bay RV Resort: This is a large park 250-300 spaces. It is clean and secure I have stayed here long term twice many amenities ( 3 pools, 3 washateria's, fire pits, good lay out , good concrete slots and streets. Now the overwhelming part: 1: 28 day rate which makes 13 months in a year" Ripoff", 2: plus the most expensive park in the area.
3: Not enough parking area, they actually told my inspector friend he couldn't bring his wife because only one vehicle allowed! 4: They went up $50:00 a month when the park filled up! 5: later sent a letter out you would be assessed $35:00 a month for parking anything in the extra parking space that they do not own that property even. 6: the maintenance/ security guy is a Asshole, if you go visit a neighbor and park in an empty spot while visiting he is all over you about it and makes you move your vehicle and is rude! 6: poor Internet signal, can't log on often or send reports out. 7: finally the park is 35% - 40% overpriced when you figure in the 13 months a year it will cost you $750:00 a month when there are others near by in League City for a total of $475:00 with electric and pool and great Internet. I will never stay here again and will advise future co-workers of the facts, they will gouge you for $$$$$$.
