For Llano Grande Lake Park Resort and Country Club Mhp: Discovered this place last year as we kept going sou in we got warm enough. Very large park, it is its own town in the winter. So many activities to do that you can't even explore them all in one season. North section is newest and polished. West section is nice. East section is oldest but still better than many RV parks. Event hall, recreation hall, several other activities buildings, 3 pools, shuffleboard, tennis, wood shop, rock shop, quilting, evening games, dances, the list just goes on. We quickly made several good friends. Liked it so much that we bought an RV lot with large casita to return to each winter. Yes, some parts are older and not maintained in perfect condition, but all in all this is a place worth being.

For Llano Grande Lake Park Resort and Country Club Mhp: Third stay for us at this park. Yes, there are activities galore, but oh how this place has gone downhill over the past 5 years. There are many upkeep and management issues that show how little the current owners are willing to invest to keep it nice. The cottage we stayed in this time was dirty when we arrived and the furnishings were just awful. Plus, we had a group of very unfriendly and noisy neighbors next door and across the street. Also the front desk folks apparently are instructed to be as snotty as possible. Too bad...this used to be nice.

For Llano Grande Lake Park Resort and Country Club Mhp: Best park in Texas. Lots of activities, super dog friendly with 2 dog parks, one with pond and doggy wash station. Estero Llano State Park is right "next door", a birder's paradise. People are always friendly and happy here.

For Llano Grande Lake Park Resort and Country Club Mhp: Very large park with long, wide, level spaces, lots of activities, we stayed here 3 weeks, did not use the laundry or showers. We would stay here again.
