We loved this place, we lucked out and got a spot down by the river during summer, from what we heard from the other campers, they are hard spots to get in the summer months. There is a train but it’s a quite zone so the trains are not supposed to blow their horns. We didn’t even notice it really. The drawback for us, while the location was awesome in regard to river acesss, the spots are right in top of one another, so when you neighbor wasn’t to flush his septic line he is in your front yard in most cases. The river is awesome and beautiful, so much fun both in fishing and tubing. The staff were nice enough ish, not very personable honestly but nice enough. Overall the camp was clean, gated and safe. The roads are a bit of disrepair and could use a little work. Overall would definitely visit again, yeah it’s a bit pricey but for the location it’s worth it.

First, last, only time to park at Landa RV Park.
1. Price way too high for what is there.
2. All gravel in bad repair.
3. Our site down on the river was extra
even with a train track virtually over our heads.
Trains ran a lot at night.
4. No one was ever in the office.
5. And best of all they wanted to charge my 85
year old mother-n-law $10 for a parking pass
to down to the river to see her family.

Great little park. Just a ten minute stroll to town center. Quiet, despite being near the train tracks. Right on the river. Newly remodeled bathrooms were immaculate.

Okay location. Trains are close so you need some noise like AC or fan to get by here.
