For Cottonwood RV Park: Very nice little campground. We don’t need a swimming pool or hot tub. These are not necessities to us so do not care this place does not have those. Bathrooms are very clean with nice hot water. Would have 5 stars if it had a laundry and cement pads but it’s a great place to stay! We would for sure stay again if passing they that area.

For Cottonwood RV Park: This is a wonderful park! Great spot to use as a base camp for all the surrounding beauty! Very clean park. Huge sites! And nice people. Has everything you need. Will we stay here again and again. Please don't use it for overnight stop. Stay awhile. Enjoy the town.

For Cottonwood RV Park: Well kept and quiet. Scenic vistas of red rock walls surround this RV Park. I liked the miniature charcoal grills at the sites. Internet worked alright for us and we have lots of devices!

For Cottonwood RV Park: Agree with the other reviews. Only negative is the wifi was almost useless even though the park was mostly empty. No cable. There's a TV tower on a nearby hill which gave us a few channels.

For Cottonwood RV Park: This is a nice campground. The sites are level and electricity is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Roads and sites are gravel like all other campgrounds in this part of the world. The Valley of the Gods
(Similar to Monument Valley) is nearby and worth a look. We stayed three nights in a Class A motorhome and will stay in this park again when in the area.
