For Northwest River Park: We stayed here for 7 nights on our way souh. In mid july, Very spacious site. Heavily wooded area, hiking and equestrian trails right from the site. AT&T 2 bars worked fine for us. Interior roads are gravel and plenty wide for navigating through, no branches to worry about. The sites are packed gravel and most looked pretty level. You do hear road noise during the day but it dies down at night. If you're not familiar with this area, there's a naval air station here and you do hear planes flying over, sometimes late into the evening. Workers at the campground were friendly with a wave. We stayed here in a 36 ft motorhome.

For Northwest River Park: We stayed here for five nights on our way north. Early in the season, only four other campers out of 70 sites, and of course we're all next to each other. Very spacious sites, though. Heavily wooded area, hiking and equestrian trails right from the campground. Workers were busy trimming trees and putting down fresh mulch, getting ready for a busy season. Verizon cell and mifi and T-Mobile worked fine for us. Interior roads are gravel and plenty wide for navigating through, no branches to worry about. The first site we were booked in was half flooded from recent heavy rains, so we picked one across the street that was dry. The sites are packed gravel and most looked pretty level. You do hear road noise during the day but it dies down at night. If you're not familiar with this area, there's a naval air station here and you do hear planes flying over, sometimes late into the evening. If that bothers you, don't stay in this area. It's the sound of freedom, people. Workers at the campground were friendly with a wave, and as we stopped at the dump station on the way out one wished us safe travels on our journey! We stayed here in a 40 ft motorhome.

Cindy
For Northwest River Park: We stayed here for a week in June 2017. Nice heavily shaded campground. Beautiful setting, quiet (except for the weekend when a boy scout jamboree brought a whole park full of noisy youngsters in tents), friendly.
The sites were flooded when it rained. There were heavy rains while we were there. I'm not sure if this is normal for them, but they desperately need to add some gravel to most of the sites. Many of them were quite muddy.
The dumpsters were not well taken care of, so animals getting in the trash became a problem around the dumpsters, but didn't affect our campsite.
AT&T service was good. I believe they had wifi but we didn't use it.
Electric only, however there was a water spigot close to us and since we were the only ones there for most of the weekend, they let us hookup to the spigot. We unhooked for the boy scouts.
We would definitely stay here again.

For Northwest River Park: Very wooded and private campground. Campground needs some maintenance. Some sites were flooded during heavy rain and others needed to be repaved. Great bike trails and very pretty campground and surrounding park. Approximately 90% vacant during our stay in July. Would stay here again if in area.
