For Otter Creek Campground - Blue Ridge Parkway National Park: Nice clean rustic campground. No WiFi or cell. We have a 24’ motor home with Jeep in tow and camped by the creek for 3 nights. Nice stop off point to explore historic sites. On site camp hosts, Martha and Dave were fantastic! They told us what to see locally and gave us numerous brochures. There are 2 loops: one for tents and one for RVs with a “comfort station in each area with sinks and toilets, no showers.

For Otter Creek Campground - Blue Ridge Parkway National Park: This is a lovely and very quiet campground on the Blue Ridge Parkway, just a mile north of VA route 130 and the James River. Facilities are minimal in that there is neither electric or water on any of the sites, and the bathhouses lack showers. There is water at spigots in several locations as well as an RV dump station, but that is pretty much it. But the campground is beautiful, peaceful, and inexpensive. Roads and car pads are all paved, although much of the pavement is mossy. It is a sleepy, backwater campground that is one of our favorite campgrounds.
