Lorri
For Lake Champagne Resort: Wow! This place has it all! Gorgeous and roomy. A swimming area and pond. Even though we have a long RV, we found the hidden tent camping areas in beautiful secluded forest. Spots are also very level. Friendly and helpful hosts too. Highly recommend!

For Lake Champagne Resort: This is a fabulous campground with lots of green space and big grassy level sites with beautiful views. We have stayed here about 7 times in our 30ft airstream and in our class B Winnebago. There are lots of site options but we always stay in the full hook up A20s with the grass field in front. There’s a pond and long walking path for the dogs in the back 40. Best of all, there is great bike riding on the quiet dirt roads right from the campground. Friendly staff, well kept, and easy access. Highly recommend.

Waypoint
For Lake Champagne Resort: Nice sites, grass but level. Easy in and out. Nice staff. Quiet. Stayed in a 34 MH with toad. Close to interstate so easy to get out and see sites. Would stay here again.

For Lake Champagne Resort: many seasonals; all grass spots. it was VERY muddy. people at the campground thought it would be a good idea to drive along the hill, at an angle, to get out. we thought 25 tons sideways in the mud at the top of a hill was a bad idea so we backed out and still got stuck in the mud with a class A. imagine the disaster if we had gone the other way. office personnel were definitely not friendly, they would not let me throw away a cereal box in their trash can inside. i had to walk around the building in the rain to their cans. firewood is expensive. no trash pick up, cans far away in the mud. the road to the campground was also very difficult, not recommended for big rigs. it was quiet; but a tad too far from the local attractions - 40 miles to ben & jerrys, cider mill, quarry. we camped there in a motorhome.
