For Fishhook Park: Nice little campground. Dump station on-site. River views nice but the river itself was, frankly, a bit stinky and unappealing to swim or float in. But our stay was very pleasant otherwise

For Fishhook Park: Most sites have an excellent view of the river. Quiet, peaceful stay during midweek. Our particular site (#28) was too sharp of an angle to back into, even with a 19ft. trailer. The gate attendant helped by blocking traffic flow so we could approach from opposite direction. All of the pull-thru sites had nice views, plenty of spacing between sites. Area was well patrolled by Sheriff and Rangers. Gates are closed at night except for emergencies. Excellent beach/swimming area and nice boat basin for fishermen to tie up. Senior pricing and a mid-week stay makes this one a keeper in our book.
