For Howard Miller Steelhead County Park Skagit County: A nice park, with lots of well maintained grass, quite clean and RV sites have lots of space between sites. Lots of sun, though enough shade trees if needed. Quiet. It is on the river, but except for the small launch ramp, no beaches and the Skagit can be swift, so be careful with children.
