For Frontier Wilderness Campground: Stayed 4 nights in a class C over 4th of July weekend. As the name implies, you feel like you are in the wilderness. Lots and lots of trees and sites are well spaced. From the main entrance, there is one long road (paved) with side roads (gravel) shooting off of it. Big rigs would have trouble maneuvering into many of them. We were on a site on the main road across from a playground. Lots of kids played late but by 10 pm it was all quiet. Great place for kids with arcade games in the activity center. Also has putt putt golf, bikes to rent and more. The fire pit was a real dug out pit with stones around. Not one of those metal rings. Drawbacks: no sewer hook up (water and elect. only), wifi only in the activity center, and no cable tv. And because of the trees, no satellite reception. Once the holiday campers left, this place was totally serene. We would definitely return.
