For Buddys River Resort: ... The new owners and management have apparently made many improvements. The grounds are well kept. Situated right on the Wisconsin River. Greg, the manager, friendly and helpful. The bathhouse looked nice from the outside though we did not use it. Sites are grass and vary in terms of how level. We had a full hookup with 30 amp service - not sure if 50 amp is available. Highway is nearby so there is some traffic noise but not awful and quieter at night. They only accept cash and checks - no credit cards. Also, when I called several hours before arriving, I was told we could take either site 90 or 91 but when we arrived site 91 was occupied. Fortunately site 90 was open.
