For Snake River Cabins and RV Village: Park is immaculate and the cabins are adorable but the management is absolutely the rudest couple I’ve ever seen in the hospitality industry - EVER! They are extremely uptight about the ridiculous rules they’ve come up with and they enforce them inconsistently. The manager of the office, Kate, is very strange - overly nice and talkative one day and the next day was nearly cursing us out because we had a friend visit us in our cabin (not overnight!) and didn’t claim theirs as a second car (which they charge $10/day for). They also charged $10/day just to have our tiny dog with us! Please take this as a warning. There are limited commercial campground/RV parks in the area, so they kind of have you cornered.

For Snake River Cabins and RV Village: Cramped campsites. Busy. Exorbitant prices. Limited restrooms.

For Snake River Cabins and RV Village: Do Not stay here in an RV. LOTS of cabins , probably ok, and tent camping close to the river. Again, might be nice. WAY WAY overpriced for RVs. No space, no working wireless, no cable TV. AGAIN, do not stay if you are an RV. Campgrounds better in the NP and they said Gros Ventre campground seldom fills up.

For Snake River Cabins and RV Village: Great location and friendly staff. Easy access to rafting, horseback riding, and Jackson is only minutes away. It appears as though the park has gone all in on the camping cabins. They ring the entire sure and spaces in the center. What remains for RVs is cramped miserable sites right in the middle. It seems as though the owners have removed whatever RV sites there used to be in favor of the cabins. The remaining sites were terrible. Hookups would be on the wrong side on some. Others, you would have to find people in their cabins to move cars to get your rig out.
I would not consider this location again with my RV. If you use the cabins however it is a clean and friendly place.

For Snake River Cabins and RV Village: This place is an incredible place it has the snake River minutes away on foot with a path and tent camping if you would like.We have a dog a Siberian Husky she loves to go down by the waters edge of the river. The campground is very quiet we are spending the night May 11, 2015.The showers are incredible, their warm you basically have a room to yourself. But no sinks or mirrors in the shower area.
we had a $48 a night 31 foot RV spot.we arrived late around 7 PM. it was still light out, so we did the self check in. It was very easy and the available spots are posted on the whiteboard you just went and checked out your spot and marked it off the whiteboard.
But, if you need Internet for work like I do you wouldn't want to be at this campground at least in spot 38. The Internet wasn't good. They have a south and north router. So,depending on where you are in the campground you can hook up to either Wi-Fi. But, I was in space 38, and south showed as the stronger signal but still it didn't work good at all. They also have a laundry room.
Overall for the price, my husband and I would come back here as long as I didn't have to do some work on the Internet.
One thing cool about this place is they have their own place to take out the rafts if you're going to be floating down the snake River. We did feel like we were in the country.

For Snake River Cabins and RV Village: I can't believe that KOA would associate itself with this place. Of all the many RV parks we've patronized, this one is the very worst... and the most expensive! The long list of rules and restrictions is ridiculous, making one feel like a child in detension. It's obvious that this park was originally designed to have a lot of pull-through spaces, all of which were then separated into two small back-in spaces. Of course, this then places the utilities on the wrong side for half of the campers.
We've never seen such a crowded park! If you want to feel like a sardine packed into a can, and pay more than twice the typical rate for substandard facilities, then give it a try. It will make you appreciate the other parks. Otherwise, you would be better off camping in some parking lot.
