For Porcupine Campground: Beautiful area, one mile off the highway on a good gravel road! Long and short hiking trails, trout streams, lots of wildlife. Sites nicely spaced, plenty of shade, some with grand vistas. Campground has two nice vault toilets. Hand pump for water, very cold and tasty. Firewood to purchase. Loved it!

For Porcupine Campground: Very beautiful spot as last reviewer says. 2nd her remarks. If you like dispersed camping, take 2nd road to left after crossing porcupine creek to porcupine falls. 5 miles of camping all the way to the falls which should not be missed.

For Porcupine Campground: Absoluty gorgeous vista of alpine range. Big, well laid out sites. Clean very quiet. High altitude means very cold nights. Best of backcountry car camping. Don't miss the hikes to Porcupine falls, and the Medicine Wheel.
