For Western Hills Campground: Pretty much what other reviews say. If you don’t like windy camps you better get out of Wyoming! Great staff, easy in and out. Having stayed at several other Wyoming locations this is by far the best one.

For Western Hills Campground:
On one hand this campground was fine for an overnight, and had the best shower rooms ever. The laundry room was great, clean, new machines. On the other hand this was the the most depressing campground ever. No trees or landscaping or green grass, hot dusty, constant wind. Didn’t leave the camper except to shower and do laundry. Hard to know how many stars to give.

For Western Hills Campground: Nice level campsites, gravel, sits high with views. We would definitely come here again when passing through. We camped in a 40 foot motorhome.

For Western Hills Campground: Pleasantly surprised by this park. Friendly staff. Easy layout of park for maneuvering. No trees. Expected and experienced the Wyoming Wind. Probably the cleanest and best maintained bath house. Showers are awesome. Will stay here again for overnight.

For Western Hills Campground: Loved this place. Staff was friendly and welcoming and remembered me from about a month ago. Showers were super clean and nice individual stalls with dressing area and locking door. Dog run for all sizes. Caleb hook ups too.

For Western Hills Campground: It is definitely a gravel parking lot without a tree in sight. With that said, it was fine for an overnight stay if you know that going in. It was clean and we thought the size of the spaces were fine since it wasn’t really a hang out outside sort of place. We did not use the bath or shower. Would stay again if passing through. We paid $33 for full hookups with a GS discount.

For Western Hills Campground: Gravel campground. Spaces fairly close. Campground caters to overnight travelers although a good number of local (temporary) workers on monthly sites. Staff friendly. Cable is passable but needs upgrade. WiFi is passable but we were close to the office. No trees. It was cool while we stated so heat not much of an issue but in hot weather could be problematic. Had reservations but when I called to verify the day before arrival was told I did not have reservations. Turns out that the woman who I talked to had “memory problems’ according to other staff. Lesson: if Betty makes your reservations then please follow up to make sure they are actually on the books or if she tells you that you don’t have reservations be sure to check with another employee. Not wanting to point fingers but campers need to know possible issues. We would stay again.
