For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: We had a lovely spot on the water on the West Bay Loop. Worth the extra cost, otherwise your in the grass field. We were there mid-May so cafe not open yet. Bath house was good, clean and had hot water. We were planning on doing laundry but their washer was down so we had to head into town. Quick drive into Freeport. We were in a camper van, no hookups.

For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: Costly to camp, but nice functioning farm. It was a decent experience. Not much of a beach, but nice views of the water.

For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: This is a really nice and quiet place with lots of trails and things to do. The little cafe was an unexpected treat and had terrific homemade locally sourced food. RV sites were nice and the only downside is that the showers are quite rustic and are not quite fully enclosed from the elements, which on a cold and windy morning is not fun.

For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: Friendly staff. Located on peninsula with some oceanfront sites. A bit expensive with no water or electric but waking up to a view of water and sound of waves was great. Several updated washrooms but some sites have just outhouses. Located on a working organic farm with cows and dairy. Nice walking trails. Mix of wooded and open sites. A few miles from Freeport for shopping and supplies. Overall a good stop and we left happy.

For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: We stayed on one of the oceanfront sites. They are basic sites with no hookups. The view is awesome especially with the moon almost full. The site was $54. They told me they do not take RVs over 30 feet. Evidently, they have had a few stuck and don’t want to deal with this anymore. My understanding is the oceanfront sites will have power next year.

RJ from SF Bay Area,

For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: We paid $51 for a mediocre site near an outhouse. Flush toilets and tiny showers are available near the office, but it's a long drive on a one-way road. No RV's at the best sites with the views. They have a good recycling arrangement. Bottom line: It's ok but overpriced.

For Wolfes Neck Oceanfront Camping: Way too expensive for what you get.
For the money, they should have more than just outhouses as bathrooms...even county and state parks have better bathrooms.
Campsites offer little to zero privacy.
Save your money and go down the road to the county park, it's less expensive with better views, better bathrooms, and less crowded.
On second thought, don't do that, because I don't want the secret to get out.
