For Pie Town RV Park: FHU 50 amp, moderately spacious, clean area, friendly owners, enjoyed two nights and would stay again. No pie in Pie Town, due to covid-19 and the irrational logic of a “pandemic “ that has resulted in 0.0002% death rate in the state of NM, according to CDC. Traffic fatality rate according to NM DMV is 0.013%. Think about that!

For Pie Town RV Park: People, great, location, great, beautiful night skies, quiet. NO cell service but good wifi. Really. Stayed 2 nights. Ate all the pie our belly could hold. About 40 miles from Very Large Array.

Fani
For Pie Town RV Park: We travelled 6 hours from Alomogordo, and were getting desperate for a place to stay. Thanks to AllStays, I called Penny, and she said to pull into site 4, there are only 5 sites, and 2 look permanent. It was late March/April 1st, gusting winds until we got here, and then snow! It was great to have electricity! Never got to meet Penny, but there was a registration card and a can where we could deposit our $25 check. No landscaping, but big enough sites, and offset enough, we didn't feel crowded. Bathrooms were rustic, but clean. Didn't need to use the small showers, but they're free. There's a heater in there. Great place for a stopover. People in Pie Town are super nice, and try the apple chili pie!

Ted
For Pie Town RV Park: We drove over 7 hours from Texas for a 5 day elk hunt. We were tent camping for 5 days. Jay and Penny were very polite, curtious, and accommodating to our needs. He provided electricity for our electric blankets and to maintain our air mattresses. The bath house was perfect! The hot shower was a must after 12-14 hours of hiking and hunting. The park is clean, neat, and very quiet. If you're in the area and need a place to stay, I'd definitely recommend this park.
P.S. The folks at the Gathering Place cafe are also great! Great conversation, meals, free coffee, and awesome homemade pies!!
