For Coral Sands RV Resort: This location has ocean front sites. Literally steps from the coast with nothing in between. At this property is the RV location, cabins and a hotel under the same Coral Sands name. Clean and friendly. Full hook ups. Very expensive though. We did pick a horrible time to stay(July 4); but for one night it was $157. OUCH!
But it was lovely sitting on top of the caper watching fireworks in all directions. The sand was soft and the water wasn't muddy looking like a bit farther north.
We would come back for sure. Just not over a Holiday weekend.

For Coral Sands RV Resort: Location is great. Just steps from the beach. Most sites are fairly level. Spaces are tight but location makes up for it. Facilities are clean and there is a pool available at the hotel. Decent wifi but no cable. Power, water and sewer hook ups are good. Sites are hard-packed crushed shells and sand. We stayed for 2 nights and would return if we are at Daytona again.

For Coral Sands RV Resort: We stayed in the RV Campground of the Coral Sands resort during the first weekend of May 2015. The Inn, seaside cottages, and RV campground are situated side by side along the shore. Guests in the RV Campground have free access to hotel facilities. The hotel property was pretty, and there was a very nice pool with lounging area. There was also a small laundry room, an ice machine and Coke and snack machines. The campground was a bit of old Florida. It is not paved, but rather done in white gravel and sand. It looks like the Florida of my childhood 50 years ago - very laid back and quaint. We enjoyed it. We had no difficulty getting situated on our site. Full hook ups but no cable. We never used the Wi-Fi so I cannot speak to that. The bath area was small and dated, but functional. It had a deep laundry sink that was great for rinsing bathing suits. We used the RV for most needs however, as the bath house was stuffy and uncomfortable, similar to a public beach bath house. There are Ocean side campsites, but they seem to book fast. We were in the middle of the campground but could still see the ocean with a little artistic moving of our picnic table! The beach is no more than a three minute walk from any site. It was lovely and even with a full campground the beach was not crowded. The sand really is coral colored - and soft and fine and very beautiful. The campground and the sites seem close, but everyone was nice and there was a friendly vibe. Check in and assistance is in the hotel lobby. The staff was great. They even held a bouquet of flowers for me for most of the day as I wanted to surprise my loved one. The resort is right off the highway and very close to all sorts of restaurants, events, ect. Daytona beach is minutes away. However, once in the campground it does not feel at all like you are near any sort of civilization. We will likely be back if we can book an Oceanside site or a site that is on an end. It is so close to the beach and so laid back! One more problem - the bath house was a bit noisy. It has a very loud automatic fan/light that sounds as if a plane is about to crash, as well as wooden doors that bang and slam. We paid 85$ per weekend night. I gave a four rating due to the proximity of the beach, the laid back atmosphere, the view from the campsite, the ability to use the hotel ice machine, and the lovely pool.

For Coral Sands RV Resort: Coral Sands is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly. With that said, the sites are not level, they are placed one on top of the other, the bathrooms and showers are old but somewhat clean, the pool is nicely situated, the electric and water hook ups seem ancient. We would probably not return.
