For Pensacola Beach RV Resort: This resort is located in the center of Pensacola Beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants / bars, etc. The beach on the Gulf is across the street! Nice sites with grass and FHU. This is a resort type property. The sites are close together. But the amenities make it worth while. The owners are adding extras all the time. We are normally State Park type campers, but this is the perfect way to spend time on the beach. Well worth the money.

For Pensacola Beach RV Resort: First class operation. Front row pull in sites are right on water. Plenty of unisex showers & RR's. Walking distance to several restaurants at Boardwalk. Flounders is listed in Bring Fido. I would give five stars except that the wifi is terrible. We could not get it within stones throw of office.

For Pensacola Beach RV Resort: They are located on the Santa Rosa Sound within walking distance of several restaurants and the Boardwalk. The walkway to the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street from the campground between the Holiday Inn and Hilton and is a very easy walk. The campground seems to be well managed and the staff is very friendly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because our site (#53) setup was a little odd. The electricity/water connections seemed to be in the middle of our neighbor's (#54) camping area which made for somewhat of an uncomfortable experience. To be fair, I believe the pads were designed for pull-ins as opposed to back-ins. I'm not sure why they would want the row of pads we stayed in to be pull-ins only. FYI, the pads are close together so it could be a tight fit for rigs with slide-outs on both sides. Overall, this is an excellent campground and we plan to come back later this summer.
