For St Johns RV Resort: 95% are long term residents. WiFi didn’t work, zero atmosphere, electric was on opposite side from water and sewer, luckily I had an extension or I wouldn’t have been able to reach the box. You have to fill out a 2 page application, obviously because most are long term stays, if it hadn’t been late in the day I would have looked elsewhere, but it was only for the night.

For St Johns RV Resort: Park is in very tiny town. Grocery store is also an Ace Hardware store and pretty grim. The park is run down and mostly people who live there that have formed a nice little community. The park manager has another job and just comes by on her lunch break and at the end of the day. There's a sign with which spaces to use and an envelope to leave money. I didn't go in the restrooms / showers. The laundry is also a community laundry and very clean with a lot of machines. It was a good place to stop and get some work done between driving across New Mexico and continuing to the Petrified Forest. But no good food got to me and after a few days I moved to the state park in Show Low.

For St Johns RV Resort: Stayed 1 night April 2017. Helpful host and owner. Restrooms better than average. Internet not so good. Ok for night stop.
