For Xaa-wan-k wvt Village and Resort: I agree with the Reviewer that said, if you have a small RV, stay down by the water. Those few sites, for RVs under 25 ft are a little rough and more expensive, but you have a wonderful view with lots of wildlife. (Harbor seals, River otters, and lots of seabirds.) The rest of the place is an old rundown trailer park. The Cable TV didn’t work, no WiFi in the camping areas and cell Service is weak. No place to eat in the area.

For Xaa-wan-k wvt Village and Resort: I will preface my review with this: if you have a big rig, and cannot get access to the beachfront sites DO NOT STAY HERE. The upper sites are run down with lots of permanent residents....with lots of unsightly items strewn around. We were fortunate to get down to the beachfront sites, and our stay was magical. Though the utilities are a bit run down, they worked fine. Our kids were able to spend hours on the beach exploring, watching the seals and otters, picking up crabs, having a blast. We only stopped for one night but wished it could be longer.

For Xaa-wan-k wvt Village and Resort: Wifi was good here. Friendly staff. Things are getting rough here and could use some updating.
