For The Point Campground - Chickasaw National Rec Area: Excellent campground. Part of the campground is available to reserve online and part is first come first serve. Do not rely on sites being available on the weekends during the summer. There are a few vault toilets scattered among the campground and a central bathroom and shower. The central bathroom was very large and the men's and women's each had one private shower with a locking door. There is also a family bathroom and shower. All of the bathrooms and showers were ADA accessible.
The RV spots were large and level. The spots were well-spaced apart from each other.
The only downside I can think of is that there are only a couple of lake view spots and there isn't much access to the lake from the campground.

For The Point Campground - Chickasaw National Rec Area: Excellent National Recreation Area. This park has many different activities. Waterfalls, lake, excellent visitor center, bison, swimming spots along the river, and many campgrounds. Friendly naturalists and rangers. We stayed at the Point campground in a 26'RV along the lake (with no hook-ups) for $8 with our annual pass. We could have chosen hook ups but would not have been on the lake. Lack of hook ups does not bother us since we have solar panels on our rig.
