For Y Lazy R RV park: Drive in park, put money in envelope, place in slot, no one around. Nice large cheap laundry, many washers & dryers. Restrooms/showers need updating & could be cleaner. Then the trains & more trains, 8 or so a day, close by. Level grass/gravel sites. The town around the RV park gravel streets unlike the Lodge side of town. FYI, if your rig is tall, watch the utility lines.

For Y Lazy R RV park: a sweet little park with a sweet rate...at 30/night for full hookup it is half the price of the other RV parks nearby. They have less expensive options and tent sites also. Nice views...great base for exploring Glacier National Park. Owner lives next door and is very nice. This RV park is on the Indian reservation and you will drive through a village to access it. The road is a little rough but don't get discouraged as the park is nice. There is no leash law on the rez so loose dogs do wander through the park. They all seem friendly and I got my share of doggie love. You can walk/bike to the bakery (bakery has a nice hiking shop in it), the Mexican restaurant (as well as others) and the lodge. If you need more serious shopping there is the town of Browning about 15 miles away and they have everything. We had great Verizon service at this location. We would definitely stay here again.

For Y Lazy R RV park: Stayed here 3 days in 38' MH. Can take larger MHs as saw a couple 45 footers while we were there. Small park with a small number of pull thru's with more back in sites around the park. Level grass sites. Great views of the mountains. Some train noise but not bad enough to sleep and don't have to turn up the TV. Can't comment on bathrooms or wash room as did not use. At $28 p/day for full hookup can't beat the price. Used as a base camp while we drove around Glacier NP and also visited the Canadian side of the park as well (although a fairly long drive). Would stay here again.

Alley
For Y Lazy R RV park: We arrived here about 9pm. Was a bit uncomfortable driving thru the neighborhood to get to this place. This area is all Indian reservation and the neighborhood is very unkept. My GPS routed us thru more of the neighborhood then need be. The dogs and kids didn't want to get out of the street as we came thru but moved, slightly but only to toss up gravel at the trailer as we came past. The office (a small pay booth really) was closed. We drove thru and found our name on a reserved site for us. I had only called about 4hrs earlier and reserved a spot. Sites are grass covered and level. The view is nice. Only 3 other campers in the place. I found that unusual since it's just a few blocks from Glacier NP. We set up and dropped our payment, for 2 nights, in the slot on the door. Never seen the office opened the whole time we were there. Never seen anyone until we pulled out the gate and then got a wave from what we assume was the owner. While I was a bit uncomfortable with the location, we had no incidence with our rig or belongings while we were out touring.
We didn't need the use of the shower so I can't comment on those. We did however use the laundry. From its location, just outside the entrance, it's the community laundromat as well. It served our purpose fine. For the cost, $26 for a full hookup, pull thru site, and the location to Glacier NP, we'd stay again.

Debbie
For Y Lazy R RV park: What a wonderful view! This is a basic campground with outstanding views. The sites for motorhomes are on very level, maintained grass. It is very laid back. There is a drop off box for payment. The owner lives in the house behind the drop off box. She is very friendly and came out to greet us, brought us a map of Glacier National Park and gave us tips. We did not use the bath house as we travel in a motorhome. The laid back style and frienlidness of everyone suited our needs perfectly!
