Gotwins!
For West Bay Resort, LLC: My family vacationed at this "resort" for a summertime getaway of fishing and swimming. It was very expensive ($175) a night, but we thought it would be worth it, so we splurged. Boy were we disappointed. The owners should not be in the customer service business, they are clearly irritated by their lot in life, and all of the interactions we had with them over the course of 4 days were upsetting, they made us feel like we were intruding on their day for things like checking in, buying bait, etc. the boat launch is horrible and we were told to use the nearby public launch instead. The beach was scary with old, sharp metal garbage and broken windows. The cabin we got had dirty sheets, no channels on the tv. I wish we would have stayed at the other local resorts or even a motel in the town of Devils Lake.
