For Stay Express: Just finished staying there. Yes, it is just a place to park for the night. I didn’t step on any goat heads ( sand burrs for folks not from Oklahoma or Texas). HOWEVER, there is someone to answer the phone 24/7, and you can get in and out quickly. Just what you want when passing thru. If you are looking for a resort at $100/night, this isn’t it. If you are looking for a quick stay on I35, then this is it. BTW, the manager said breakfast is included, they also give you a door card, to get in and use a clean, large, restroom.

For Stay Express: Site has changed names. Stay Express. Poor direction from the front desk. Poor access to sites. Would not recommend unless arriving before dark!

For Stay Express: No cable, burrs in grass!!!! You cannot avoid these when setting up. They will get in your coach and you will step on them for days! $40 for electric water dump. Not going to stay here again. The owner should have cleaned out the burrs in a year’s time if they cared at all!

For Stay Express: This is perfect for just what it is. Pull off the highway, get a slab, water, 50 amp and sewer, breakfast in AM and back on the road. Not a destination by any means but we just needed a place to crash and move on. Grass around the site full of prickly burrs that got into our shoes and hurt! Dogs were wincing and after a few tries wouldn't even walk on it. Was sorry not to be able to take in the Territorial Museum in Guthrie. Would return.

For Stay Express: Concrete pads with water/sewer behind the motel (now known as Best Value). Nothing else for $35 except use of pool/laundry(pay for it) and breakfast (technically RV’s don’t rate breakfast according to clerk but they look the other way). Grass between sites are filled with weeds, good for an overnighter. Town is worth seeing, lots of history/gorgeous architecture
