It’s time to update the status of Lake Medina RV Resort. Lake Medina is in fact no longer a lake. And by that I mean 100% dried up. Sad looking “lakefront” homes across the dry Lakebed. The resort is trying to stay alive but not much of a destination without water. We stayed in beautiful site 80 with a spacious tree shaded front yard out our door.

Large shady spots. Affordable. Many resort activities. Owners are nice people who run the resort. Community is friendly and family oriented. Wildlife is everywhere. Boat ramp and private docks available. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful views. Quiet atmosphere and large lots. Ideal place to stay. Definitely on my list of places to return to.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Staff helpful and friendly. Park was taken care of and homey. Not row after row of slabs. Every site has view of water if not right on water. Lake level was high. Fish jumping, wading birds, duck, geese, deer wandering by. Arrived on a Sunday in early May. People were boating and fishing. Fun to watch. Monday and Tuesday lake was quiet, left on Wednesday. Sit by the lake and watch it get dark. WiFi worked well. No power problems. Water pressure 40 PSI. Hardware, has, groceries 3-4 miles away.

Too many trees for satellite. Electric is erratic. Site not level.
