Had high hopes for this place. Owner Craig was putting lots of work into it. He has since moved out of the park and all work has stopped. Drives are pothole mud lakes, wifi is spotty at best (although there is limited cable), no water pressure, office is never open. Prices have skyrocketed-$450 month/$100 deposit, .15 kwh power which is extremely high considering the last park we were at last month was .10 kwh. AND now a $30 water charge. Dirty power-blew breakers and melted power outlets consistantly.

Reasonable rate for the place. Owners are nice and welcoming. Clean. Nice laundry too.
