For Ranchero Village: Had a medical emergency with my father who has rented in the mobile park for 26 years. Manager Nathan kicked me out of the rv park because me 40 lb service dog violated their pet rules. I have never dealt with long term stops before but Id pass on this overpriced one. Fine separate showers but the only rv restroom has to be acessed from the rec room where full timers sit and play games. If by some reason you need to utilize the bathroom everyone knows your stomach problem. Also many stay cats by the dumpsters that the full time guests feed. The park is ok but if you have to deal with the office or manager be prepared to face a heartless uncompasionate individual.

For Ranchero Village: Our 3rd winter here. Love it. Close to Progresso border crossing. Lots of activities. RV Section is separate from the mobile home section. It is a gated 55+ park. Kids are allowed on a very short visit only, mainly Thanksgiving and Christmas.
