For East Zion Riverside RV Park: We stayed 4 nights at East Zion RV Park in a 36’ class A. While the sites are pretty close to UT89, things were pretty peaceful at night. We had access to the pool and services at the Best Western motel across the road. While the road is busy, we had no problem crossing it. There are 2 gas stations, a restaurant, gift shop and convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to Zion National Park and a little over an hour to Bryce, We had intended to stay 5 nights but the wind was so bad coming north from Flagstaff to Page that we had to call and tell them we were going to have to wait it out at Page the first night. They were kind enough to not charge us for the first night. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this area.

For East Zion Riverside RV Park: Awesome people, especially the manager Gordon. Their RV sites were full, but Gordon offered an alternative site off their main property - if we were interested. Turned out to be a great location and an exceptional bargain just up the road. We’ve meet so many kind folks in Utah, but Gordon & his team are the best example yet!

For East Zion Riverside RV Park: Amanda was great....called her less than a minute out. She hooked us up. Great place to stop and get a good nights rest. Full hook ups 30 50 am. Creek behind us was a nice touch. Deer were feeding across the street at a field. To top top it off the price was right. 35.00

For East Zion Riverside RV Park: This campground is a narrow parking not on the east side of Highway 89, across from the Best Western (it is their campground). It was $25/night for full hook-ups (30amp only). The sites are extremely tight, but don’t let that dissuade you. Although very narrow, the lot backs up to a 10’ wide grass area that extends the entire length of the lot and is bordered by the East Fork of the Virgin River. We set-up our camping chairs and such on this grassy area, right next to the river, and it was very nice. No bathroom facilities on-site, and laundry is done at the Best Western across the street. There is some highway noise from Highway 89, but the highway isn’t that busy. We had full LTE AT&T and Verizon service. We were in our 35’ fifth wheel, and we would stay there again.

For East Zion Riverside RV Park: Level spots in close vicinity to Zion. Otherwise, no facilities. You have to walk across a busy highway to use the bathroom at the hotel. We showed them the website the Allstate app sent us to with a price quote of $18, but they still charged us $25. If it wasn’t for a threat of rain and getting stuck in the mud, the free BLM sites down the road would’ve been much more pleasant.

Laura

For East Zion Riverside RV Park: I give it three stars only for the lack of facilities that are convenient, a small laundry across the street, and a pool and spa there. It is part of the hotel, not for just the RV park. We had a back in, right along the river, there are 12 sites there, and then they have added more sites to the northwest that are just in a gravel parking lot, no trees. That area does not look nice to stay in. Best thing going for this place is location, easy trip to Zion from here, and the staff are nice. Our hookups worked fine, and we liked it here, but it was noisy from Hwy. 89 which was literally right out our front door. I would come again for a quick hop into Zion, I would not recommend a long stay here. Lots of tour busses stop here, and often we found their riders walking around in the RV park. No issues, but just a little weird.

For East Zion Riverside RV Park: Easy drive into Zion via the tunnel road. Also close to Bryce. The sites are under shade trees, which is great during 90+ days. Nice little creek behind the sites with green grass. Access to pool & hot tub at Best Western across the street. I called the Best Western and they made a campsite reservation with no deposit req'd. No shower facility, tho.
