FOILED AGAIN
For Camp Lake Jasper: Pulled in without a reservation following the worst snowstorm in 4 decades. I 95 shut down and many RVs seeking refuge. Was treated like a long lost rich aunt instead of a refugee. Camp itself is pretty and has new owners who want to make further improvements. They certainly know how to hire wonderful help. The door to my Airstream had frozen shut, but the folks there found some lock lubricant and helped clear a big buildup of ice on the steps. WOW.
There were a few delays caused by campers who jad come in after hours.... and parked without filling oit paperwork but given the weather, the office straightened out the mess quickly. And the maimtenance man even volunteered to help me unhitch and hook up the water and electric.

For Camp Lake Jasper: I agree with all the other posts made! A very nice overnight stop when traveling on 95. Would recommend calling ahead for a reservation. I called the night before to make the reservation and when I arrived they displayed a sign that there were no sites left. The Park was indeed full. It was very quiet and the rooster crowing off in the distance in the morning was pleasant. I saw no alligators but was cautious walking the dog by the lake.

For Camp Lake Jasper: We were looking for an RV campsite which would place us closer to our final destination. Our choice of this campground was an unexpected pleasure! When we called to book this last minute, the person we spoke with was welcoming, knowledgeable and it was apparent that this was a very well run establishment. The park is clean, sites are well maintained and there are many ammenities, which unfortunately due to our short overnight stay, we could not enjoy. We were so impressed that we are planning a return visit for a longer stay! Highly recommend!

For Camp Lake Jasper: Close to the highway, gas stations, and a hospital. Turn past the hospital on a well paved country road and easy access into the CG. All sites are clean and have a concrete patio and clean picnic table. Very nice. The bugs liked it too! We cooled off in their nice pool next to their nice laundry room. Their staff was nice. The store had limited supplies. Construction was still incomplete at a handful of sites. We took a walk by the lake, but there's allegators, So no swimming. We came in a 40' class A motorhome. Would come back again for another overnight on our way to and from Florida.

For Camp Lake Jasper: Right on interstate 95, but faraway from traffic. Extremely nice and quiet campground with friendly staff. Clean restrooms and access to laundry, pool, hiking and games, such as horseshoes. Enjoyed sitting by the scenic lake. Will definitely return. Not expensive either!

For Camp Lake Jasper: Very nice CG. Close to I-95, but far enough away to avoid road noise. All roads are asphalt. Most sites drop off in the front, so you need to park the RV in the back of the site. No trees in the pull-thru area, so this area is big rig and satellite friendly. Unfortunately for motorhome owners, all the sites on the scenic lake are laid out for back-in. It would be nice if pull-in sites are offered for those of us with the picture window in the front.
