For Glen Helen Regional Park: On the left, from freeway. Exactly what we needed. Close to freeway on-ramp, no fee dump station. 💜Clean and easy for RV access. Adequate bathrooms with soap. No fee entrance. Campground signage was excellent, as maps directions passed park entrance station. More trees / shade structures would be wonderful in the summer, although the views are fabulous. Across from rodeo arena😀

Mike

For Glen Helen Regional Park: About the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Tried to call two times to make a reservation. Was told someone would call me back. They never did. Finally I made the reservation online and had to pay extra to do so. Drove directly to the offsite campground on a dead end street because nothing I received ever said anything about going the main park first. Found a locked gate at the campground. Called the park and was told had to go there first. Not an easy turnaround on the dead end street. Woman at the park was kind of snotty saying that our confirmation said we had to go to the park first. Looked and looked, nowhere does it say you have to go to the park first. Lastly, the park is a dump. Very old and very tired campground. Old dirt camp spots with trash everywhere. Pull up a satellite view and take a look.

Jules

For Glen Helen Regional Park: As you enter the park you see the sign to the campground, but you need to pass it and continue up the hill to the kiosk at gate 1, register and then get the code to the campground gate. The park has easy access from I-215; however, you hear both traffic and the train. The campground area seems a bit tired. Bathrooms and showers were ok. Very view people at the campground on a Monday. There is an Arco at the intersection also, so that's convenient. Ok for one night and there are limited camping options in the area. Full hookup was $30/night.

Traveling Through

For Glen Helen Regional Park: Tried to stay here overnight while driving through the area. Arrived at 4:40pm. Cones across the entrance and exit to campground. Park office open till 5pm, but no one answered the phone. About five rvs in the campground, plenty of open sites. Walked around. No host, no kiosk to pay, no information or instructions. No explanation about the cones. Went to all of the park gates. All closed before closing time. Called several times. No answer. Finally gave up and drove through rush hour traffic and had to pay more to stay in an overflow site at an rv park on a busy city road. Would t recommend this campground because it randomly closed early and no one answered the phone.

For Glen Helen Regional Park: This campground is small and located next to the Glen Helen concert area. Nice and quiet during our stay here. There are only 4 other campers here currently. They offer full hookup sites, 50&30 amp with water and sewer as well as a separate dump station. The grounds were clean and some trees provide shade. The campground is located across from the park and the campground is gated with a code provided on checkin. The check in station is at gate entrance 2. You must check in before they close the park or else you won't have a gate code to enter the campground. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
