For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: We love Crystal Springs! Stayed in a big rig deisel pusher. Artie, Sarah, Dylan et.al. could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The grounds are kept beautifully and decorated for many events, we love the secure gated entrance. Pool is beautiful as well as the pond with benches, swings etc. We were nestled in the middle of beautiful cabins; a quiet & peaceful oasis. Looking forward to our return!

For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: The place is low frills which is fine but absolutely nothing to do - no hikes or trails nearby.
Either way my stay was fine until I was charged $350 for “leaving my cabin in horrible condition and destroying the TV†which was a complete lie.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE.

For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: Impossible to get a hold of anyone, we tried to make a reservation since Monday and today is Wednesday. They require “vacation liability†which our insurance company does not provide in the state of Texas (I’m an insurance underwriter) When we informed them that we have a 1 million liability umbrella policy which extends all over and tang we have a full timer endorsement they did not have any idea what that meant and started yelling at us over the phone that we need a vacation liability policy.
If they can’t provide any customer service, let’s not talk about the insults or know what they’re talking about they’re not worth the money.

The LAST RRESORT
For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: RV Resort?? More like the LAST RESORT. What a pit. One (barely working) shower for whole campground. No laundry, no amenities other then a overgrown pond. Only good thing I can say about the office staff if they're rarely there - so the abuse they espouse is kept to a minimum. AVOID THIS PLACE unless of course it's your LAST RESORT.

KYKampers
For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: It's hard to imagine how strange this place is. If you can at all avoid staying here, do it. They charge a $500 deposit for 2 nights stay, they required license and registration of cars and RV along with proof of insurance, they copied our drivers licenses, all for 2 nights.
Then we were loading our vehicle from a rental and forgot to move rental car off our lot, which was huge but not level front to back. At 1130 pm a loud knocking on the door and an angry man scolded us to move our car, only one car on a site, I apologized and said I'd move it and he scolded me back.
There is no excuse for that kind of behavior. I'm in a nice diesel pusher and have brand new cars and just forgot to move. Super rude. I will never stay here again, nor should you.
Way overpriced on a nightly basis. Turkey swamp park is a much better place even without full hookups and 30 amps. I'll take that any day over this place.

For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: Posing as a high end campground at $85 for a basic site w standard amenities -- NOT. Worth a $30 charge at most.

Fair and balanced
For Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges & RV Resort: This is NOT an RV resort. There are no amenities. Roads are a gravel pit with cars coming in over the 5 mile an hour limit. If. You have a class A be careful of your paintwork as the trees are not pruned. There was no table at our site. The rules we had to sign off on , it would have been easier to get into Fort Knox. One car per site was in violation of the rule as we saw multiple cars per site. Way overpriced but in N.J. You are at their mercy. In all our 17 years of rv-ing,you'd have to be desperate to stay here.
