For Hooper Park: A nice, small-town public campground. Inexpensive, water and electricity to just a few sites, but overall a great place to spend a night or two if you’re traveling through rural Montana. Situated in a grove of old pines. The rural highway is just a few hundred yards away, so there is some light traffic noise, but it quiets down considerably after 10.

For Hooper Park: Great place to stay for an overnighter. This site says it's 'free'... but it's $10. to dry camp and $20. for electricity and water. Large sites with some trees. Very quiet when we were there and lots of deer around. Pit stop across the street is great (try veggie pizza) and they have free wifi. No dump though.
