For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Arriving at the office we were reminded about the rules with special emphasis placed on the "No mats on the grass rule" and "no stakes of any kind in the ground". Road noise was louder then normal and the "picnic tables" are very small, the "all digital" cable tv was poor at best and the wifi was extremely slow. Fredericksburg is a great place so we relocated to a different park in t the area as soon as we could..
Will not be returning to "Quiet Creek".
We stayed at Quiet creek in a 43ft motor coach.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: We arrived on Saturday Nov 4 for a stay leaving Monday.
Arriving at the office we were reminded about the rules with special emphasis placed on the "No mats on the grass rule".
The park is new and all the hookups were good including HD cable. However the faucet was close to the ground and in my case I had to use a clever way to hook up my filter.
We had invited our neice and her husband to join us in their class A motorhome and were suprised that they actually were able to make it on Sunday.
We were in town for a wine tasting on Sunday and as we were leaving noticed the lady was approching our neice ... and thats where the story gets ugly.
The woman told my niece that she should have stopped at the office and checked in (she did). The door was locked and no one answered. My neice picked one of the spots that was available and pulled in, the park was 90% empty. The woman proced to tell her that she should charge her for 2 days for breaking the rules. The lady had no customer skills and was extremely rude.
Both my neice and I were going to stay another day but because of the way my neice was treated we decided to relocate to Jellystone RV park for the extra day. We will not be returning to Quiet Creek RV park.
Not sure why they beat up customers on the rules so much, a shame because the park is in a good position to downtown with good equipment.
I can overlook some of the short comings such as no trees (it is new) but being rude and combative is inexcusable.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: I enjoyed the peaceful, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere at Quiet Creek. The park is just about 2 miles west of town. I found it to be very convenient to Fredericksburg and all the local attractions. It is very big rig friendly, easy to navigate(after seeing some of the other parks, it is more big rig than most)and the roads are paved. The site are crushed gravel that were level with more than ample space for a big rig. All the hook-ups were in the proper location. Water pressure was perfect, saw no power issues, and TV cable was strong . The dog park was excellent. There is a nice green space in the middle of the park with a play ground and room for other outdoor activities. The park is kept extremely clean and well manicured. The weaknesses of this is park includes sites are close, not so close that you are "slide to slide" but not as much space as most would like; all the facilities including dog walk, pool, bathrooms, showers, and laundry are an uphill walk; as like all parks, the wifi is weak; there is an "early check-in fee" if you arrive before 2pm which is something I have never seen before; and the staff is courteous but not overly friendly. This is a newly built park with many young trees planted which will take some time for them to grow and provide shade. All and all, a very nice park; however, I would not call it a resort. I would stay at Quiet Creek again without any hesitation. I stayed at Quiet Creek in a 38' quad slide 5th wheel.
