For Holiday Lodge Motel and Campground: It’s okay, only 7 rv sites, only 1 washer/dryer, dryer doesn’t work very well. Bathrooms are not cleaned very often. Sites have no trees for shad, dirt lot, no area for your pets. Very small sitting area between sites. Overly priced for the lack of comfort. This would be my last resort if I was back. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because of their staff, otherwise this place needs improvement.

For Holiday Lodge Motel and Campground: Motel and RV sites are right at the street next to McDonalds. It’s super loud and I felt very exposed. I was planning on spending a couple weeks there as I am a travel nurse who takes 13 weeks assignments. After one night I noticed a lot on intoxicated people coming out of the motel. They inspected my RV and especially my e-bike. Asked me questions about my e-bike, whether I wanted to sell it, and approached me aggressively. They also kept saying that I shouldn’t be afraid. Well, I went to the owners and told them I didn’t feel safe. The owner was understanding and admitted that people keep breaking in into his Motel. I was out of there so fast, I didn’t even have breakfast. Went to Sleeping Bear RV park right around the corner and should have stayed there from the beginning. It’s not safe there with your RV. Do NOT recommend!!!

For Holiday Lodge Motel and Campground: Not safe!!! The RV spots are right at the street and super small. Your view is McDonalds and a gas station. It’s super loud because it’s right at the entrance of the town so all those trucks brush in using their super loud engine break. The motel needs some updates. The guests there seem to be mostly fine, however, the first morning three intoxicated people came out of a room, investigated my camper and bike. Then one guy kept asking me a lot of questions about my bike, offered me drugs and more and kept telling me I shouldn’t be afraid. I turned around and told the owner that I don’t feel safe. The owner said that he has cameras but he also has break ins happening at his motel and just had a damage of $6k. They refunded me without arguing and I left immediately. One night was one night too many.
