For Inn Town Campground: This campground is a gem. It is in a beautiful wooded area, yet close to town, hiking, anything you might need. We had an extended stay because of the shelter in place order. They were super accommodating, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We did not use any of the facilities (except propane and the camp store). We stayed in the middle loop in a pull thru site. We loved it there and will be back under better circumstances!

ASG

For Inn Town Campground: Inn Town Campground is in the small, wooded town of Nevada City, CA. The campground is a little bit challenging to find, as it is behind a cemetery and the signage is a little overgrown. Look for the Railroad Museum, and it is right next door. The campground is beautiful. It is very wooded with lots of tall pine trees throughout the property providing shade and scenery. There are only about 18 or so RV camping spots, and the rest are either tent camping locations, or “glamping” sites. The glamping sites are tent-cabins that are available for rent for those that want to not deal with setting up a campsite. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate. I heard several campers comment on the very clean conditions of the facilities. We found three bathroom complexes around the property, so none were too far. We were in our 35’ fifth wheel. The RV sites were 30amp and 20amp only, no 50amp connections. Also, only a couple of the sites had sewer available, ours did not. There is a dump station on-site. Propane fire pits are allowed, but no wood burning fire pits. Also, no smoking is allowed on the property. There is a pool on-site, and weekend activities are available as well. We paid $60/night during the week and $67/night on the weekend. It was a beautiful campground, and quiet as well. It is good for families or couples. We would definitely stay there again.

Kelly

For Inn Town Campground: Staff are incredibly kind and gracious. The majority of the campsites are woodsy and easily accessible. Close proximity to Nevada City is a plus. A couple of sites have more of a view of the Train Yard at the museum next door - but the bonus of these sites is the openness for stargazing or sunbathing - and privacy. If you want more woods - avoid RV sites 15-18. Otherwise the glamping tents are roomy and have great decks overlooking a dried up stream bed. Highly recommend! I will be coming back here for sure!!!

JR

For Inn Town Campground: Beautiful surroundings, nicely kept. The people are very nice. RV sites 1-3 are very close together. Site 1 sewer hookup was higher than our output making it impossible to use. Luckily they have a dump station that we were able to use on our way out.

RV Johnny

For Inn Town Campground: Spacious and woodsy, a real nice campground. Nice staff. Lots of "glamping" units and tent sites under tall trees. Several new, clean restrooms ... but way too small to serve so many tenters and glampers. One stall in men's room, two showers. Must be a long waiting line on busy weekends! Despite shade, nice location and new facilities, at $65 per night this park is overpriced and needs to rethink its toilet-per-camper ratio!

For Inn Town Campground: This is a wonderful little campground located within walking distance to Nevada city downtown. The wifi was wonderful! The bathrooms were extremely clean and the owners and staff took exceptional care of the facilties. We will stay here again.

Holly

For Inn Town Campground: Cute little campground in Nevada City. Just opened last summer, still are building up certain sections. Great main lodge area with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with showers. Great friendly staff! Would rate 5 stars if not for the price, $65/night. Will definitely be back to enjoy more of what Nevada city has to offer.
