For High Falls Bay Cottages, Camping & Waterpark: Check in/reception area very sketchy looking to start. Campground still being developed. Signs welcoming family nudity posted which we did not expect.
Glad we decided to turn around before our kids got an eyeful.

For High Falls Bay Cottages, Camping & Waterpark: Five star for location - beachside (river) and waterfall camping make for incredible surroundings. Sand is like powder, water was clean, warm and swimmable (August). Cliff jumping (20' and 40').
Two star for camping ammenities -outhousess and rustic shower (only a curtain separates you from outside). Very uneven sites made it hard to level. Difficult to distinguish individual campsite boundaries. Recent rain made roads quite muddy (don't get stuck)...
BUT - we fit in/out with our 35' class A motorhome (didn't think we would) and thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Lots to do here (water park - supervise your kids) and in neighboring communities of Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, and Huntsville. Very enthusiastic and helpful young owners making an effort to improve a site that has lots of potential. Would come back.
