For West Glacier RV Park and Cabins: Very close location from west entrance to Glacier. Easy and flat pull in and out for our 45’ + toad. BE WARNED- RR bridge right before entrance is 13’6â€!!! New park, so all is very clean. Trees and “grass†are new as well. Watering happened only sporadically. It will look nice when all grows in. Sites vary from medium to large, but placement of Rv’s allows for no shade in the afternoon on your “lawn†and table side. Bad planning! No designated dog area. Some dogs off leashes. Would stay again, in a year or two.

For West Glacier RV Park and Cabins: Outstanding camping experience!!! Staff is warm and helpful. Bathrooms are squeaky clean. The sites are spacious and flat. The setting is gorgeous. Very close to Glacier and even closer to the little town with cafe, restaurant, gift shops, camping store, gas station and rafting. We were going to stay two nights and instead stayed for 15. This is the perfect spot for this most gorgeous park.

For West Glacier RV Park and Cabins: Clean park and glacier is beautiful. BE WARNED: do not trust the accuracy of any information given by the staff. Shuttles to GNP do NOT run at posted times, and it is difficult to get into the park from this location without a smaller vehicle under 21 feet long due to restrictions on Going-to-the-Sun Road.
We were left waiting for over two hours for the shuttle.
As an alternative, dry camp at any of the many available sites inside Agpar for a fraction of the price. Once inside the park, the NPS shuttle works very well, though it can be crowded in the summer.
