For Hillcrest RV and Mobile Home Park: This is the dirtiest business I have ever done business with. The park caters to ex cons and drug addicts. Doing a YouTube search on the park will show you this. The power is dangerous and caused several fires while I was there. Damaged computer parts on rv's appliances etc. They did one fix by using a bare wire and hose clamps on the park main electrical line and buried it which was causing power to spread out through the ground and into the cable system which would short out your cable equipment until an electrician explained this (on video) as to how bad the electrical system actually is and piggy backed everywhere. They will hand you two pages of rules and have you sign that you agree to them and tell you they don't enforce them. And there are no rules enforced unless they want to Harass anyone in particular. When I complained about the dangers both from the drug addicts (again, on video) and any of the park issues I was ignored from that point on. I then filed a complaint with the PA State District Attorneys office in attempt to address these issues. Especially after my neighbor attempted to murder the man across the street. (again, on video and under investigation now) They had first lied to the Da's office and now they are just ignoring the State of Pennsylvania all together. I as a disabled vet, law abiding man with many years of investigative experience was evicted from the park using a law meant for trouble makers and someone that has done something very wrong. I was wrongfully evicted simply for reporting the business to a State agency. I have now been in touch with the DA's office, the Attorney Generals office, A State representative is being very helpful in getting things to the right places. The illegal activity and horrible public behavior by certain residents in the park, and yes, the owners who live in NJ. The parents live on the property but will tell you not to call their daughter and tell her stuff and does not like to deal with anything or anyone in the park. The park goes unsupervised and or badness is just ignored and allowed. My mail was both opened and stolen completely and reports filed. Whoever stole one package activated the service and is still ongoing.The owners just deny the problem exist despite most tenants being convicted thieves, burglary etc and allow it to happen right on their screened in porch. Right before I was told to leave there had been 5 fentanyl overdoses from that park alone in a week and a half alone, which is what got the state police involved in the first place. After reporting this to the owner told me «You live in the opiate capitol. What did you expect». That was not in the brochure nor disclosed when I asked about the park on the phone. So I suppose you should consider that if you plan to visit this entire area of Pennsylvania. All you need to do is ask the locals in stores etc. They will tell you the park is known as «Meth Lane».
