For Southern Utah RV Resort: Facilities are fine but there is nary a tree or few things green. It’s all asphalt and gravel. WiFi didn’t work. But our biggest issue was the ridiculous fees and extra charges. They even charge sales tax on the pet fee. We didn’t think that was legal under Utah sales tax rules. We stayed two nights near the beginning of a three month adventure. It was the worst park of the whole trip.

For Southern Utah RV Resort: A new nice park wide sites of crushed granite level pads. Pull in straight for class A and back in for the rest. Laundry facilities are excellent. A safe park with some long term residence RVS. However I think 6 months is the longest you can stay. Road noise on the highway side of the park is overwhelming. Our site backed up to the interstate and you could not have a outside conversation without raising your voice. However on the side opposite, the noise is hardly noticeable. In our RV the noise was really not noticeable. When we were there , July 2021, they were having considerable trouble with the WIFI as it was unusable. Staff is excellent. For short stays I would recommend this park.

For Southern Utah RV Resort: Facility is new & currently wrapping up construction, mainly on the clubhouse/laundry building, but all of their sites appear operational. Sites are impressively large, neat, and top notch. Owners are professional, courteous & responsive to any of your needs. Convenient location right off of I-15, Exit 13, in Washington, UT. Costco, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Walmart, Camping World & restaurants all nearby. I would highly recommend if you need a a safe, quiet spot to park!
