For Sugar RV Park: I can count on one hand the times I've left a negative review, I assume people are trying to do their best, however, this blatant disregard for others property and unwillingness to take personal accountability has me writing this review so that others are aware of this campground's philosophy. If you don't mind having your RV damaged by the owner's then this Sugar RV Park is a great place to stay! We were in our RV when the owner's college age daughter drove a riding lawn mower into the corner of our slide, felt like a small earthquake. When my husband went outside to see what had happened, the mother, Casey (owner) was assisting her daughter to get out of the literal jam she had gotten herself into between our slide and the electrical box after which they immediately drove off without a word about the incident or the damage! My husband located them and stated the obvious, "you hit our 5th wheel!", to which Casey responded, "Oh, we had to go and get gas". What the heck?? Who is involved in an accident and leaves the scene to go get gas?? That's right up there with, "my dog ate my homework". The impact was enough to rip a screw out of an end cap on the slide and knocked the previously perfectly working slide out of alignment so that now it hesitates and jerks when pulling it in or out. I am pretty easy going about damage to material possessions, it's not cancer or dialysis, but when you hear statements such as, "she didn't hit it hard enough to do that much damage", "I'm reading our contract right now, I don't think we're liable for any damage incurred", "It's up to me where you take it to be repaired", that's when I get irritated! Number one, Casey and her daughter weren't "getting gas", they were trying to get away hoping no one was home and would never know what had happened, number 2, they, the owner's of the RV park, Casey and her daughter were the offenders and we were the victims, they had the ethical responsibility to come to us and explain that an accident had occurred and to assure us that the damage would be repaired to our satisfaction. If those two things had happened, problem solved, move on with life, but they didn't, and in fact the exact opposite occurred. Casey showed her character cards multiple times during this incident, she is unethical and without a moral compass and it is evident she has imparted these values to her daughter. They have 25 RV sites at this campground and they are almost always full, you do the math, 25 x 35.00/night . . . they are not hurting for money and they have a liability policy so I'm left to believe they are selfish, immoral, and unethical. Stay here at your own risk. P.S. - Jim, the camp manager/host is a gem, he's probably the only reason they have any business, his personality resonates everything Casey's lacks.

For Sugar RV Park: Not a destination but perfect for fleeing the high costs of West Yellowstone. Seems to be a field in between some horse pastures, but it’s level, FHU, and in this area, a bargain at $35 a night.
Camp host, who is leaving tomorrow, was delightfully pleasant.
Doesn’t appear to have any facilities but something is being built at the front...so maybe later.
Strong AT&T signal

For Sugar RV Park: Fairly new park. Handles 45 foot but grab the pull throughs closest to the horses so you can get out easily. No WIFI or other amenities. Jim the park host was great! 35 per night no discounts. Initial reservation was a bit sketchy. When we got there the owner couldn’t find us in the system - but it all worked out. 78 miles from Yellowstone’s west entry.

For Sugar RV Park: We stayed here one night on our way to Yellowstone. This RV park was incredibly clean, and the camp ground host greeted us as soon as we pulled in. My kids loved seeing the horses and other animals that surrounded the grounds. Very quite campground, and not a ton of road noise. Thank you!
