For Back Ridge Shadows Campground: Loved this very quiet and remote mountain top campground. We stayed here for 2021 fall colors and hiking. Absolutely beautiful. Only six RV sites and maybe ten tent sites. Owner is great. Road up the mountain is tight but we pulled our 34 foot travel trailer up with only a couple of concerns on blind tight corners. There are a couple of small sections that would be difficult to pass opposite traffic also but we will definitely stay here again when in the area.

For Back Ridge Shadows Campground: Nice spot, thoughtful owner (Eber). We were glad to find it when Spruce Knob Lake was full up. Wound up staying a few extra nights. It’s well tended with clean outhouse.
