For The Grove By The River: Not Zero but One. Site 19: $42 and change. Electric worked. Water worked. Sewer connection was too far from our RV to use. We used the dump station. Crowded between two rundown seasonal units. Smoker next door. Our site had cigarette butts everywhere. Site was soft and levelers had trouble even with pads. We had full sun. In the afternoon the sun comes under the RV awning. Gravel access road and loop are full of potholes. Office staff is new and untrained. Registration asks for discount programs, but discount was not applied. Office staff was pleasant but said there is nothing they can do to apply discount. Rules. Two pages of rules. I can see why. They have so many seasonal units that we all know they try to each have special privileges. So they have rules and rules and rules. We only stayed because we had a family picnic. Since we had no shade and the neighbor has his sewer hose and window AC making noise on our patio side, we moved our picnic across the street into the common area which was well shaded and pleasant. Note: there are some tent sites with 30/50 amp boxes. They are well shaded. On nice grass and away from the seasonal dumpy units. The tent sites have one shared spigot and no sewer. But use the dump station. We are unlikely to stay again. If I did, I would demand one of the tent sites but not on weekends. Good luck.
