Called ahead while on the road. George was a nice guy who happened to be celebrating his birthday and said pick any open spot- it’s free today! Full hookups for 45’ MH. Back in only but plenty of room. Appears to be home to several wildcaters. Sand and gravel. Basic but can’t beat the price. No idea what price is normally-guessing $20ish.

Stayed one night. Called ahead and the gentleman who answered was nice. He told us to find a spot and set up and they would collect the fee the next morning. The space was adequate, no frills. You must be self contained as there are no restrooms. No one came to register or collect the fee but a sign at the office showed the fees and directed us to place them in their box. (On the karma system)
