For Eddies Truck and Auto Center: On August 21st 2019, my husband and I stopped in the restaurant for a bite to eat, at about 9:35 AM. You had very few people in the dinning area. 1st we had to ask for assistance. Then we put our order in, then by 9:50 I was told that I couldn't have what I had 1st ordered, because it wasn't ready till 10:00 (instant mashed potatoes). Ok, so I then put in another order. She then brought us ice water, the glasses are so filthy, we couldn't drink it. Then our meal comes I didn't get what I ordered, so I said I didn't. The look on her face and the cooks face was outrageously rude (eye rolling and such). So I said nevermind. And didn't eat my meal. The waitress never even brought my toast, or asked us if we wanted anything to drink. Upon leaving, my husband left the money on the table. Because we never received a bill. As my husband and I are leaving he told the waitress that we shouldn't have to pay for my meal. She rudely gets the manager and said that I should pay for it because I eat it. She never even looked at my plate to know that I hadn't eaten it. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years, and this was the worst customer service EVER!!! By the way we paid for both our meals! And will never give another penny to your establishment.
