For Flying J Travel Plaza: Planning to stay the night. There are five longer spots and quite a few regular parking spaces at the front of the property that would fit vans and smaller RVs.
The shower was a bit of a disaster. They were all full when I got here which is not unusual. All of them emptied almost at the same time and I guess the cleaning guy couldn’t be bothered to do his job. By the time he got to it there were four of us waiting. Then my code wouldn’t work and I almost lost my spot after waiting an additional 25 minutes AFTER they were open. Finally got in and the shower was barely clean, the towel was left from the last patron, trash full, wet floors. And then someone tried to open the door using the keypad twice. Good thing I had the deadbolt engaged! Least relaxing shower ever and cost $14.
We’ll see how the night goes…

For Flying J Travel Plaza: No driver's lounge/TV room. They have WiFi, but how can a driver use it if there isn't any place to sit down and log on? It looks to me like this Flying J only wants people to come in, spend money, and move on. A MAJOR disappointment here!
