Rosco roades
For Hot Spot T/S: A local trash hauler and container haulers fuel stop . They just pull in and park anywhere then go inside to eat. Don't bring an RV in here you'll never get out. It's a shame too cause it's a nice facility. Just a cluster

For Hot Spot T/S: Drivers are parking while eating. No one doing anything about it. Took half hour to get up to a pump. Crazy and I was stuck with people behind.
