For Mega Stop Holiday: I was given a free shower because I had to wait but when I was finished showering and naked by the door one of the male employees was opening the door to enter. I had trouble figuring out if the door was locked so I had left the lock in the pushed in mode, thinking it was locked. I had to push back on the door twice to keep him from entering and I shouted HEY! Five times!! He then told someone else in the hallway that there was someone still in there. I finished up in the shower and went to the counter to give them my key and asked if the 2 young men “who owes me apology”? The blonde one looked to the black haired one who didn’t want to look at me. The black haired fella hesitantly started with excuses that the blonde guy told him there was no one in there. I told him well it’s a closed shower door and the 1st thing you always do is knock to be sure and if you do happen to find it is occupied, you close the door and you apologize. He raised his voice and defiantly insisted that the blonde guy was sure there was no one in there. I told him that doesn’t matter! You apology when you enter a room when a lady is naked. It shouldn’t take me shouting HEY! 5 times to get you to stop trying to enter and you apologize. The lady that had given me the free shower to begin with started arguing with me that it was an accident! She was angry and now we were all shouting. I told her that it doesn’t matter that it was an accident, an apology is the only response not excuses! She and I shouting and it got to FUs and she said she was only sorry she gave me a free shower and I’m here to tell you I would never pay to get walked in on in a shower room that won’t lock. The owner needs to tell those employees that an apology is ALWAYS the right thing to say when one accidentally walks in on a naked lady in a shower room, PERIOD! No if ands or maybes and that excuses have no place in the conversation. And when going into a shower room, an employee should ALWAYS knock first to make sure the room is empty! I’m still waiting for that apology! You should fire all 3 of those employees for mistreating a customer so humiliatingly badly! This incident took place at the Holiday Station truck stop in Lakeville, MN on I-35 exit 81 on Sunday night 6/23/19 around 22:00. I will never go back there, not even for a coke!

For Mega Stop Holiday: Nice plaza with good parking, 24hr McDonalds, 24hr laundromat, store has good food selection, walmart close by (I think), Subway, bbq place.. A lot of convenience in close proximity.
