For Texaco: This place has truck wash and CAT Scale but is very congested and difficult to get into and out of. It took 30 minutes to get weighed. Then when I left there was a L.A.P.D motorcycle cop there to pull me over and explain CA's 65 foot limit on city streets state wide.
He let me slide and was very courteous. This is after checking all my documents. He pointed out that there is another scale with much more room and legal access just south of the 10 on Alameda
