Got diesel at pump #16. The pump was soooo slooow. It took over 35 minutes to fill up. We reported the issue to an employee. He said he would ‘notify his boss man’ it was just an inconvenience, nothing life altering. However, next time I’ll go across the street to the QuickTrip. We have a 3500 with at 32 ft travel trailer.

I have travled across the country from the West Coast, I only stop at Loves. This Loves was the dirtiest one that I have been to. The bathroom was extremely nasty! Trash over flowing, urine on the floor, paper towels and soap empty. This is in the middle of the COVID pandemic.

Smaller sized Loves. Super full lot with semis. We went in to ask where we could park and she said in back with trucks only. It was so full that trucks lined the sides of lot. We went up to next exit instead.

The cashier was very rude, we're not from here and my husband was going to buy a beer a the lady yelled at him instead of nicely saying we don't sell beer on sunday, or locking the cooler she was rude and told him not to touch her glass, I work for loves and that's not ok for her to treat people like that
