For Pilot Travel Center: Pulled in to get gas with a travel trailer very small gas pumps with no travel trailer parking to get items from the store. We was one of the three trailers at the time. We will not be using it again with trailer. There was a KoA off this exit as well as a few before and after.

For Pilot Travel Center: My girlfriend and I are truly and genuinely grateful for your 2 employees gabby and matty i believe were thier names at the hagerstown pilot (store #150). We were travling form wv to pa when we had stopped for gas, we tried using her card that we know had a few hundred dollars on it only to find out it was declined. So when we called our bank to see why it was declined we found out that someone had made a fraudulent charge that used the money we had and with no cash we were stuck. Her uncle is a pilot member and we asked if they could talk to him and take his cc info over the phone so we could get gas, but they stuck to their policies and said that they could not do that. So we went out to our car and started counting what change we had. As we were counting the two mentioned ladies came out and asked if they could give us $10 each of their own money, which we gratefully accepted. Without their generosity i dont know how we would of made it, most people would not have done that. As for the store it was very clean as were the restrooms. They staff were very friendly especially thoes 2 ladies. On my way back home im going to stop and return their money.
